HIRING PROCESS FOR PSWs

When you need a Personal Support Worker to provide the care and support you or your loved one deserves, we take the same thoughtful and personalized approach. Here’s our process for hiring a PSW:

1. Tell Us What You Need – We begin by gathering details about the type of care required. Whether you need a live-in, live-out, or contracted PSW, and the level of medical or personal care required, we make sure to understand your needs fully.

2. We Find the Right PSW – Based on the information you provide, we match you with a qualified PSW who has the right experience, certifications, and training for the job. We ensure they are well-prepared to meet your unique care needs.

3. Schedule an Interview – We arrange an interview with you and the PSW candidate. This is a great time for you to ask questions, discuss the role, and evaluate how comfortable you feel with the caregiver.

4. Trial Period & Meet-and-Greet – We recommend a trial period or meet-and-greet to ensure the PSW is a good fit. This allows you to see how they interact with your family and provide feedback before making a longer-term commitment.

5. Continual Follow-Up & Support – We stay in touch with you throughout the process, ensuring that your care needs are being met and that you are satisfied with the PSW’s performance. If anything needs adjustment, we’re always available to assist.
